Terms and Warranties

By purchasing any item or making an enquiry you agree to the following:

We / we / Us /us means: www.trutan.me. , any of the owners, partners, employees, agents, freelance employees, self employed agents or any other person acting on our behalf.
You / means: Any person making enquiry, purchasing product or enquiring to become a sub seller
Goods means: Any item we have for sale

Payment Flow and Delivery Policy:

Payment: All Payments will be processed manually by us, no payment details will be taken until you confirm your order by telephone.
Order Processing: Any order paid for before 2pm will be processed for posting the same day. All orders paid for after 2pm will be processed for posting following working day. From processing to posting the time can be up to 3 working days.
Delivery: NOTE Domestic deliveries relate to orders placed which are to be delivered within the UK. International deliveries relate to orders placed for delivery in any country outside the UK. Goods will be delivered by The Royal Mail to be signed for service. For international deliveries of goods will be delivered by The Royal Mail International to be signed for service.
Delivery Timeframe: For Domestic deliveries please allow 5 working days to receive goods for International deliveries this can take up to 15 working days. Once goods are processed for delivery you will receive an email to your named email address to advise the tracking number. You my be liable for import duty in your country please check these costs prior to ordering as we cannot be held responsible for these.

Postal Charges: Postal Charges are worked out on an order by order basis and you will be advised of the shipping cost at time of ordering.

Refunds and Cancellation:
Refunds:
Goods may be returned to us within 14 working days of receiving them. The goods must be in their original packaging other than goods which are not fit for the use that they were designed for or goods which are of a defective nature. If you are returning goods because of a defective nature you will be offered a like for like product as a replacement or a full refund for the cost of the item. The refund will be issued within a maximum of 7 working of us receiving the returned item. Please contact us in the first instance as soon as you realise an item is defective, not fit for purpose or you have ordered the wrong item so we can give you a unique reference number to speed up the process.
Cancellation: Once you confirm your order by telephone if payment is made by debit / credit card; you can cancel your order up until 1.30pm UK time the day of payment, if payment is made after 1.30pm you have until 1.30pm the following working day to cancel your order. If paying with bank transfer you will receive a confirmation email advising we have received the payment. You have until 1.30pm of the day of the email to cancel your order, if the email is sent by us after 1.30pm you have until 1.30pm the following working day to cancel. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.
The above do not affect your Statuary DSR.
